What are you reading about this week? I've been closely following the Crandon shootings, Nobel prizes, a big beer collaboration, civilian deaths in Iraq, political conflict with Turkey ... and much more.

I was born in Turkey, so the House's condemning of the Armenian genocide and Turkey's reaction to it have been interesting to me

I have to be honest, haven't heard about this "big beer collaboration"

But, the topic of discussion around my household today was the nobel peace prize going to Al Gore...

Miller and Coors. MillerCoors. . . could mean some job cuts for good ol' industrial Milwaukee.

That was really sad in Cleveland, I thought, but one thing that interested me was that it seemed like it didn't get as much news coverage as other things like that have in the past. . . . and I wonder about it. . .

I read about the civilian killings in a Baghdad neighborhood by the Australian based agency and found the follow-up stories interesting

I also found a very interesting story about the relations between the shiiti militia and Iraq weakening

One last story that caught my attention was about the recent CIA investigation into one of their watchdog offices

I have been following the Crandon shooting and the public cry for some sort of psychological screening process. Also have been following Al Gore and the Nobel Peace Prize

I've been reading about Al Gore receiving the Nobel Peace Prize. He says that it is an excellent way to spread the message. While everyone else thinks it is a beginning to a presidential run.

I have been reading about Al Gore winning the Nobel Peace Prize...though I don't think he will run for president because he is too afraid of losing twice, could it mean that America is ready to vote for him?
