About Fidel stepping down, I was wondering who would take over. Obviously his brother would be Fidel's ideal, but he can't be much younger than Fidel himself. His health will not last much longer. Could there be another revolution in Cuba, or does the regime still hold too much power?
How about Clinton accusing Obama of plagiarism in one of his speeches? What do you think? Is this plagiarism or not? Here are two links, one from NYTimes and the other from the Badger Herald.

There is supposed to be a lunar eclipse tonight (Wed., Feb. 20). Apparently this the third time in the past year that there will be a lunar eclipse.

The New York Times published an article yesterday stating allegations that McCain was too close to female lobbyist, Vicki Iseman, about eight years ago. McCain is denying these allegations, however, he still has a lot of damage control to do.
A policeman on a motorcycle was killed yesterday morning while escorting Clinton's motorcade in Texas. Clinton cut her event short to visit the policeman's family at the hospital.
Kevin Federline is now allowing Britney Spears to see her two sons, within limits of course.
My friend and I were discussing the Indiana basketball coach and his resignation earlier this weekend from the program after accusations of breaking NCAA recruiting rules while on probation for the same activities. After the Indiana Athletic Director stated that a new coach would be brought in one of the players supposedly stood up and protested saying something to the effect of "If he ain't our coach, we ain't gonna play". Sports Illustrated online originally reported this quote directly with the incorrect grammar, but the quote was later changed to "If he isn't coaching, we are not going to play." I thought this was an interesting example, especially with the recent discussion arena topic.
What about Ralph Nader's announcement that he will be running for president. How will this change the race?
Mike Huckabee appeared on Saturday Night Lives last night for their first show back since the writer's strike. Huckabee made fun of himself during the "Weekend Update" segment saying that he never "over stays his welcome," even though he is still running for president but cannot actually win the GOP primary race.
