We spend time learning WHAT media workers do, but it's just as important to think about HOW they do it and WHY they do it. Let's get some ideas percolating about what we see and how it affects us. I call it "Sunrise on Media" because I often arrive at work obscenely early and will update this blog then.

I think The Sun takes risks both comedic and sex based that we are afraid to take. We're too afraid that we'd be sued by the Queen so we don't make any jabs at the Brits. They have fun with their media where we too often remain serious and non-partisan. We have opinions, so we should voice them!
They weren't Booing at the Euros they were Cheering for Boo Weekly!
I think the problem we have with our media is thing to be politically act we are afraid to offend people. We are trying to be politically correct that when someone seems to be offensive, there is backlash. Sometimes we need to be rough and offensive to get our point across. I guess we are leaving the real opinions to blogs.
