I'm going to let this one speak for itself.

"She said she doesn't think in racist terms, pointing out she once supported Republican Alan Keyes, an African-American who previously ran for president."

Oh, so she was justified then. WHAT?

"She said she simply wanted to deride a comment Obama made over the summer about how as an African-American he 'doesn't look like all those other presidents on the dollar bills.'

'It was strictly an attempt to point out the outrageousness of his statement. I really don't want to go into it any further,'"

Outrageous indeed. This leads to the interesting question of where the line is with caricatures of politicians. I’m sure there have been plenty of bad ones from both sides in recent years but we really don’t hear about them.

Point out the outrageousness of the statement by making yourself appear to be an ignorant racist. That makes total sense... She probably wouldn't be so cavalier if someone created a John McCain dollar bill with a wheelchair and some viagra.

*sigh*

I agree this is distasteful and clearly insensitive. Interestingly enough there was a rerun Dave Chappell show skit aired this weekend that relied upon the EXACT same stereotypes made in the picture. Is there a double standard for their use? Is this the same argument of who can use the "N" word and who can't?

This is absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe people would even do this. I know it was meant to be for their little group, but you have minority member, for one, and two, things like this don't stay private for long. If we are ever going to accept people for who and what they are, we need to stop doing things like this. The candidates are bashing each other enough as it is. We do not need to contribute to it more.
