We spend time learning WHAT media workers do, but it's just as important to think about HOW they do it and WHY they do it. Let's get some ideas percolating about what we see and how it affects us. I call it "Sunrise on Media" because I often arrive at work obscenely early and will update this blog then.

The investigation into Blackwater's actions in Iraq.
I just read about a shooting spree in Crandon, Wisconsin that happened Sunday morning. Don't know many details yet.
Musharraf was elected for a third term in Pakistan, but the country has to wait about 11 days to see if the supreme court validates his eligibility.
Well look at that, Mr. Larry Craig is being inducted into the Idaho Hall of Fame. . . he was picked before the big bathroom scandal. Some people think that it is inappropriate. He says that he is going to finish out his term even though they are not going to let him withdraw his guilty plea.
I doubt sports will be covered on the quiz, but just in case it is...major league baseball started its playoffs this week...some of the games have been pretty intense and the outcomes have been interesting...
